reclaiming inner power : deconstructing the mind's programming

I’m trying to free your mind, Neo. But I can only show you the door. You’re the one that has to walk through it. You have to let it all go. Fear, doubt, and disbelief. Free your mind.

I will try to reduce the use of labels in this article, to avoid separation consciousness and seeing the world only through the ego-mind.

I wandered through life without any clear intentions until I reached the age of 30. Everything started to change when I turned 31. Suddenly, the reality I had known since childhood began to crumble. Everything I had learned, seen, and experienced no longer felt like it belonged to me. It felt as though I had been pretending to be someone else just to fit into the earthly world.

The achievements I had made, the possessions I had gathered, the obsessions I had clung to—they no longer mattered. They no longer felt meaningful.

This month's topic, however, is focused not on my personal journey, but on raising the consciousness of humanity — a consciousness that has kept us separated from the inner truth within ourselves.

In the past, I thought:

  • Communication should always be two-way.

  • Love should be 50/50.

  • Money is the result of hard work and consistency.

  • Careers are the only way to guarantee survival.

  • Businesses exist solely to serve people.

  • Growing old with somebody is the ultimate goal.

  • Moving to another country would be a fresh start.

  • Attachments were healthy.

Many of these "I thought" patterns spiraled through me because I constantly looked outside myself for answers, validation, and clarity. These ideas, disguised as social norms, slowly pulled me away from my inner knowing. We keep trying to fit into societal rules and become what society calls "good people."

But once we check in with ourselves and start analyzing, the energy shifts both inside and outside. What once seemed like a balanced life suddenly feels imbalanced, even alien. The news we consume, the beliefs we were brainwashed into accepting, the systems that programmed us, the labels we were taught, they all start to dissolve like smoke once we begin to detox ourselves back to a zero-point statethe soul self.

Often, we confuse passion with mission. We hear gurus say: "Find your passion and you’ll succeed." But passion is not the mission. Passion can be a stepping stone, or a later-in-life hobby. Mission is much larger. It’s the soul's calling. Of course, since we are living within the Matrix, we still have to play by its rules even if we don't like it. We shouldn’t be complaining about it as it wouldn’t do any good to us except to transcend it.

The real question is: How do we transcend it?

Some groups will attempt to deconstruct the existing Matrix, only to create a new one in its place. This pattern has always existed — and now, with AI and new technologies, it's happening again.

Who are we giving our power to?

When you start deconstructing your inner programming, you realize that much of it was designed to control you. But what if we gave our power back to ourselves? Believe me: all the answers are already within. If you don’t believe that, it’s likely because you’ve been consuming too much advice from influencers who promise you "the way." But the only person you can truly trust is yourself. Reclaiming your own power can feel like crumbling, because you're no longer filling your inner space with external voices and now you are filling it with your own.

So, how do we deconstruct ourselves?

  • Talk to yourself even more when you’re alone in a room.

  • Write about your flaws and addictions in a private journal.

  • Reflect on where you’ve made mistakes and how you will improve.

  • Create something that truly calls to you from within.

  • Look behind the scenes of your experiences and observe them at the highest level.

  • Consume media consciously, asking whether it develops your awareness.

  • Love yourself more, meaning to set boundaries and refuse to allow what is unhealthy into your life.

And ask yourself: What, on this planet, can I contribute to humanity?

If I give you my example: my current mission is to raise human consciousness from lower frequencies and help others learn how to navigate this process. It took me quite a while to reach this point, but I enjoyed every step because it came from within. That’s how my mission revealed itself. In my case, writing is one of my passions. But I also have many other passions: I’m great at fat loss coaching, visual communication, and building puzzle-like systems.

The important thing is: my mission is not absolute. It is fluid. It can expand and evolve. For example, if I expand my mission of raising consciousness, I might begin thinking about self-sustainable projects and lifestyles that benefit both people and the planet, while avoiding unnecessary corporate control. That’s one possible expansion.

Final Reflection:

What you see around you today are only tools. Use them wisely.

The advice "Be a Creator instead of a Consumer" sounds nice, but it’s too vague to be useful.

What I would suggest instead is:
"Consume media consciously to support your mission."

The rest doesn't really matter.

I hope this has given you some internal space to think and reflect.
